Chronic Pain Support Group

Young Adults Ages 18-25

Starts August 12, 2025 SPACE LIMITED

If you've ever struggled to ask for a raise, felt guilty about wanting more, or found yourself stuck in a job that doesn’t light you up—this group is for you.

The Psychology of Money support group is about unlearning harmful money narratives, unpacking what your family and culture taught you about “success,” and rewriting your financial story from a place of power, not shame.

Therapy is great. But have you ever unpacked your money trauma in a group that gets YOU?

Let’s go!

Ready to change your life and finally plan for your future?

This group will be for ages 25+. Fee: $50/session

Together, we’ll explore:

  • Why you might undercharge or fear financial abundance

  • How generational, racial, and cultural factors impact your money mindset

  • The real reasons marginalized communities—including LGBTQ+ folks and BIPOC—are systematically conditioned to earn less

  • How to recognize self-sabotage and build a healthier, more empowered relationship with money

  • What it actually takes to dream big and earn bigger
