Virtual Therapy for Children, Teens & Adults in Indianapolis, IN
Hi, I’m Jennifer—Licensed Mental Health Counselor and founder of Therapy for Cycle Breakers. Before relocating to Florida, I built a virtual group practice rooted right here in Indiana, and we’re proud to continue serving the Indianapolis community and beyond.
At Therapy for Cycle Breakers, we’re a team of compassionate, trauma-informed therapists offering virtual support for children, teens, and adults throughout the state. We help clients move through cycles of pain, disconnection, and emotional struggle—toward healing, growth, and lasting change.
Many of us have walked this path ourselves. We understand the weight of generational trauma, the complexity of relationships, and the desire to break free from patterns that no longer serve you. That’s why we show up with empathy, realness, and a deep belief in your capacity to heal.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, past trauma, parenting challenges, or relationship stress—you don’t have to go through it alone. We’re here to support you (and your family) every step of the way.
📍 Serving all of Indiana virtually—including Indianapolis and surrounding areas.
We are an inclusive and affirming therapy practice. We welcome diversity including all body sizes, abilities, races, sexualities, genders, religions and political values.

Our specialties
-
Adolescent Therapy
We offer therapy for teenagers ages 12-18. We believe therapy for this teenagers is essentially the opportunity for a teens to discuss feelings with one person who is trained to listen and treat symptoms of emotional distress, school stress, mood disorders and much more. In therapy teens can learn to manage their moods. If your teen has been struggling, a therapist can work with your child on specific mood managing techniques where medication might fall short.
-
Therapy for LGBTQIA
We are a affirming and inclusive therapy practice. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by LGBTQ individuals all our therapists are trained and educated to provide you with the most supportive environment for your healing.
Our team is highly trained working with the complexities of the LGBTQ+ community.
-
Reduced/ Free Therapy
We offer 2 FREE therapy in Florida, Indiana, and Wisconsin. Many people are often unable to obtain mental health services due to lack of insurance and high out of pocket cost.
At Therapy for Cycle Breakers, it's important to us that everyone has access to affordable therapy services. Through our counseling internship program, we are able to make this a reality and offer low cost for therapy sessions. -
Accelerated Resolution Therapy
One of the special aspects of ART is that when clients replace their negative images with positive ones they don’t need to talk to the therapist about any details of the trauma. This is because ART is procedural, though creative; and the client is really in control of the process, while the ART Therapist is a helpful guide. This makes the therapy easier on the client and easier on the therapist.
-
Parenting Therapy
We also offer co-parenting therapy for parents who are separated, divorced, or navigating complex family dynamics. Co-parenting therapy focuses on improving communication, reducing conflict, and creating a more stable, supportive environment for your children. It's not about resolving every disagreement—it's about finding common ground, learning to work as a team, and putting your child’s well-being first.
