Therapy in Madison, Wisconsin: Support for Cycle Breakers
Feeling Drained by Your Relationships?
Do you catch yourself saying “yes” to everyone else while quietly pushing your own needs to the side? Maybe you’re a parent running on empty, wishing for a stronger connection with your children—but feeling unsure how to get there.
If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. When you’re carrying the weight of old patterns, unhealed wounds, and the constant pressure to be everything for everyone, life can feel exhausting. The truth is—you don’t have to do it all alone.
As a therapist and fellow cycle breaker, I create a space where you can unpack your story, release what’s been holding you back, and start rewriting the next chapter of your life. Many of my clients come in feeling stuck, anxious, or emotionally drained—but together, we work toward helping them feel more grounded, resilient, and connected to the life they want to live.
Our work will focus on healing your inner world, setting healthy boundaries, and breaking free from generational patterns or past trauma that no longer serve you. You deserve to feel whole, empowered, and deeply connected—to yourself and to those you love.
Your healing doesn’t have to happen all at once. We’ll take it one step at a time—together.
We are an inclusive and affirming therapy practice. We welcome diversity including all body sizes, abilities, races, sexualities, genders, religions and political values.

Welcome to Therapy for Cycle Breakers – Serving All of Wisconsin Virtually
Hi, I’m Jennifer—licensed mental health counselor and founder of Therapy for Cycle Breakers. We’re a Wisconsin-based virtual group practice dedicated to helping children, teens, and adults heal, grow, and break free from painful patterns.
Our team of holistic, trauma-informed therapists is passionate about supporting individuals and families who are ready to create real change. We specialize in helping clients work through generational trauma, emotional wounds, and relationship struggles—because we’ve been there too. Many of us are cycle breakers ourselves, and we know how challenging (and brave) this path can be.
You may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward—but you don’t have to figure it out alone. Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your child, or your whole family, we’re here to walk alongside you with care and compassion.
