I’m a licensed psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and business coach. I built a 6 figure group private practice growing it over 5 years before selling it. Now, I help private practice therapists build their own ideal practices, whether that’s transitioning from insurance model to self pay, hiring a team so you can reduce your own caseload, or teaching you to get out of your head to finally raise your fees so you can focus more on doing what you love and less hours seeing clients.
I’m here to help you reclaim your time so you can focus on what truly matters to you! I get it—when I started my private practice in 2016, I had very little money (literally borrowed $700 from a family member) and no clue how to even begin.
I know it’s not easy, but that’s exactly why I’m here to help you skip the guesswork and take the grind out of your daily routine. Together, we’ll remove the uncertainty so you can move forward with confidence!

Clinical Supervision
With nearly 20 years of experience in the field, my expertise spans trauma, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), LGBTQ+ issues, and mood disorders, but what I really bring to supervision is a laid-back, supportive approach. I’m all about hearing you, building confidence, and helping you find your own rhythm as a therapist. I’m not here to tell you what to do; I’m here to help you grow, feel empowered, and trust your instincts—because you’re already doing important work. Let’s talk through challenges, celebrate wins, and figure out together how to keep moving forward in the most authentic way possible.
I am a Qualified Supervisor (QS) in the state of Florida. I can also offer supervision in Indiana and Wisconsin
Rates: Pre-licensed interns please contact for rates. Depending on need rates range from $125+/session.
Fully licensed staff needed clinical consultation $145-$175.
Group supervision rates: $40/per session 75 minutes

Yes, I am an expert in Simplepractice EHR and have been training users since 2020. I provide a 1:1 video session with screen share to answer any questions you have about SP or help you streamline your system.

My rates for 1:1 Private practice consulting is $300 for 60 minute video call.
Simplepractice only training is $150 per 60 minute session.

Yes! Many individuals often schedule more than one session with me. Consulting is customized to your needs and some find it helpful to schedule one session and don’t need more and others find they want to follow up in the future for more support.

Yes! I send you a BAA Business Associate Agreement once we start. Everything we discuss or client information is kept confidential.
