Gregory is a master’s-level counseling intern who brings the insight and maturity of a second-career professional to his work. With extensive real-life experience, he previously worked as both a career coach and a licensed massage therapist, supporting individuals through major life decisions, personal growth, and mind-body awareness. Gregory has a strong foundation in motivational interviewing, guiding people toward clarity, confidence, and meaningful change.

He is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming space where clients feel genuinely seen and understood. Gregory enjoys working with adults, teens, couples, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and he supports clients navigating depression, anxiety, grief, relationship concerns, life transitions, and identity exploration.

His therapeutic style blends person-centered counseling, cognitive behavioral strategies, and solution-focused techniques, all within a holistic and deeply empathetic framework. Gregory believes that no one should have to struggle alone and that having a safe, accepting place to share your story can make all the difference in healing.

Gregory shares:

“Outside the therapy room, I’m an avid traveler and believe deeply in the richness that comes from experiencing diverse cultures around the world.”
