Bri is a counseling student intern currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. She enjoys working with teens, young adults, and individuals navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and questions around identity, purpose, and self-trust.

With a strong background in leadership and mentorship; Bri brings a grounded, relational approach and values creating a space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. She is passionate about helping clients reconnect with themselves, build confidence in their inner voice, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

Her approach is collaborative and person-centered, integrating cognitive-behavioral and strengths-based techniques while focusing on self-awareness and emotional clarity. She believes therapy should feel real, supportive, and empowering - meeting each client where they are.

Fun things about Bri:

• Enjoys: spending time with her daughter, creating meaningful everyday moments, coffee shop hangs, and beach days.

• Values: connection, growth, and building a life that feels aligned and intentional.

• Favorite ways to recharge: quiet moments, reading, coloring, quality time with loved ones, and being near the water.

  • Yes! We see a lot of our clients virtually. We also offer in person sessions at our office in Largo.

  • In the beginning, we typically recommend weekly, or biweekly sessions, depending on your goals and needs.

As you start to see improvements, or your goals for therapy change, we encourage you to discuss the frequency of your sessions with your therapist in order to create a plan that best fits your evolving needs.

  • It is normal to sometimes feel stuck in therapy, or feel like you are not making the progress you want to see. We encourage you to discuss these feelings with your therapist. Together, you can revise your goals and treatment plan to see where changes can be made to better support your growth.

We value your perspectives, goals and needs and want to make sure we are providing you with the support you need to get the most out of your sessions!

  • Depending on your needs and goals as a client we can provide you with worksheets to do between sessions. We may also teach you new skills to practice between sessions, which can be helpful when navigating real time emotions.

If you would like worksheets, or are interested in learning new coping skills, bring it up to your therapist when you meet. Together you can figure out what this will look like to ensure you feel supported between sessions.

  • It is completely normal, and very common, to not always know what to talk about in session. You don’t need to have the “right” topic, a clear goal or a polished story to start therapy. Your therapist can help guide the conversation and gently explore what’s coming up for you.

If you are unsure of how to start, or what to talk about, consider these topics:

    • What made you decide to reach out?

    • What is something that’s been weighing on you lately?

    • What are some patterns you’ve noticed (stress, anxiety, relationships, etc.)?

    • Explore the feelings that come with not knowing what to talk about.

Are you ready to finally get the support you need?
