  • Are you exhausted from repeating the same patterns in relationships or feeling stuck in cycles you can’t seem to change?

  • Are you ready to take control of your life and start doing things differently?

Many of the people we work with grew up in difficult or confusing environments. Some had emotionally unavailable or narcissistic parents. Others experienced family conflict, emotional neglect, unstable households, or relationships where their needs were rarely met.

Some have been through very difficult situations that they are struggling to recover from such as natural disasters, life changing medical diagnosis, or physical or emotional abuse or even major losses.

Sometimes people don’t even realize that what they experienced was trauma.

These early experiences can shape how we see ourselves, how we trust others, and how we show up in relationships. But healing is possible.

Through compassionate, trauma-informed therapy, we help clients understand the patterns that were created for survival and begin building healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. Together, we will work through the wounds of your past, develop stronger boundaries, and help you create the life and relationships you truly want.

Healing is a journey, but you don’t have to walk it alone.

“Trauma is perhaps the most avoided, ignored, belittled, denied, misunderstood, and untreated cause of human suffering.”
