Fun things about Camila:
Outside of the therapy room, Camila enjoys traveling and dreams of exploring every corner of the world. She is also a passionate movie enthusiast. Although she considers herself a late bloomer when it comes to films, she has embraced the opportunity to catch up on classic favorites while discovering new releases. If there's Asian cuisine on the menu, it's almost always her first choice, and she enjoys trying new restaurants and flavors whenever she can.

In the beginning, we typically recommend weekly, or biweekly sessions, depending on your goals and needs.
As you start to see improvements, or your goals for therapy change, we encourage you to discuss the frequency of your sessions with your therapist in order to create a plan that best fits your evolving needs.

It is completely normal, and very common, to not always know what to talk about in session. You don’t need to have the “right” topic, a clear goal or a polished story to start therapy. Your therapist can help guide the conversation and gently explore what’s coming up for you.
If you are unsure of how to start, or what to talk about, consider these topics:
What made you decide to reach out?
What is something that’s been weighing on you lately?
What are some patterns you’ve noticed (stress, anxiety, relationships, etc.)?
Explore the feelings that come with not knowing what to talk about.
