She is a licensed mental health counselor who specializes in therapy for teens (14+) and adults navigating school/career stress, ADHD, anxiety disorders, relationship challenges, and challenging family dynamics.
With years of experience in private practice as a licensed therapist, she brings a grounded, compassionate presence to our team and we’re thrilled to have her.
She creates a brave, welcoming space where clients can explore who they are, what they want to change, and how to move toward a more fulfilling life with self-compassion. Her approach is flexible and collaborative, blending cognitive-behavioral strategies, solution-focused techniques, narrative therapy, and creative interventions to match each client’s unique needs.

Individual Therapy 50 minutes:
Intake $140
Individual $140
Couples and Family Therapy: 90 minutes $220
We do not take insurance but can offer an out of network invoice called a Superbill for clients to file with their insurance companies for possible reimbursement.
