Meet Alexis Hiegel, LMHC
Alexis is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about helping teens, young adults, and families navigate life's challenges. She believes therapy should feel like a safe space where you can show up exactly as you are and most importantly without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. Because who has is all figured out?
Alexis works with teens and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, family conflict, relationship concerns, identity exploration, and major life transitions. Her style is warm, using humor and connection to really show clients they are seen and understood.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. Drawing from trauma-informed and evidence-based practices, Alexis helps clients better understand themselves, build coping skills, and move toward the life and relationships they want. She strives to create a space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered every step of the way.
Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for a place to process and grow, Alexis is committed to helping you feel less alone and more connected to yourself and those around you.
