Meet Alexis Hiegel, LMHC!

She is a licensed mental health counselor who specializes in therapy for teens (14+) and adults navigating school/career stress, ADHD, anxiety disorders, relationship challenges, and challenging family dynamics.

With years of experience in private practice as a licensed therapist, she brings a grounded, compassionate presence to our team and we’re thrilled to have her.

She creates a brave, welcoming space where clients can explore who they are, what they want to change, and how to move toward a more fulfilling life with self-compassion. Her approach is flexible and collaborative, blending cognitive-behavioral strategies, solution-focused techniques, narrative therapy, and creative interventions to match each client’s unique needs.

Fun things about Alexis:

Favorite hobbies/self care: reading fantasy/romance books, walking my dog, going to the beach, listening to music

Favorite go to shows: Dexter, The Office, New Girl, You, any psychological thriller

Desserts: all of them but recent obsession has been banana creme pie or Oreo pie from the Pie Factory
