Chronic Pain Support Group
Chronic Pain + Conditions Support Group
Young Adults Ages 18-25
Starts August 12, 2025 SPACE LIMITED
If you’ve ever felt dismissed by doctors, misunderstood by loved ones, or isolated in your experience, this group is here to offer connection, relief, and a place to be heard.
The Chronic Pain & Invisible Illness Support Group is a six-week virtual group for adults living with long-term health conditions that aren’t always visible. We’ll focus on the emotional and mental impact of chronic symptoms and how to build community and coping tools that actually meet you where you are.
Therapy can help, but there’s something powerful about sharing your story with people who truly live it too.
This is your space to be understood, not explained. Let’s go!
