Hi! I’m Jennifer!
I take a no-fluff, no bullshit, real-talk approach to helping you actually like the person staring back at you in the mirror.
Therapy with me is direct, honest, and grounded in action. You don’t need to come in with the perfect words or a polished version of yourself—just show up as you are. I’ll meet you there, with no judgment, no expectations, and no pretending everything’s fine when it’s not.
I’ll always tell you the truth—even when it’s hard to hear—because I care too much to let you keep living in patterns that are hurting you.
