These Terms of Service form a legal agreement (“Terms”) between you and Cycle Breakers Club, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Cycle Breakers Club”), governing your use of our Site and any related services. This agreement includes our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Live Event guidelines, each as updated over time.
1. Scope of “Site” “Site” refers collectively to:
The website at www.therapyforcyclebreakers.com and www.cyclebreakersclub.com and related affiliated sites;
All Live Events, podcasts, videos, scripts, articles, newsletters, documents, and other content (free or paid);

2. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using our Site, you agree to these Terms and applicable laws. If you do not accept these Terms, you must cease using our services immediately.
3. Updates to Terms Cycle Breakers Club may modify these Terms at any time at our discretion. Changes are effective immediately upon publication. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms were last updated on September 1, 2025.
4. Limitations of Use You must be legally capable of entering contracts to use the Site. By using our services, you agree to behave respectfully and not engage in prohibited actions such as:

6. Intellectual Property All content, logos, and design elements on the Site are owned or licensed by Cycle Breakers Club and are protected by law. You have permission for personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action, including injunctive relief.
7. Member Content You retain ownership of any content you post (“Member Content”), but grant Cycle Breakers Club an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and adapt it. You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and does not infringe on third-party rights
8. Paid Subscription & Automatic Renewal We offer semi-annual and annual plans billed upfront in USD, non-refundable except in limited cases. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled via your account settings. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method works at renewal.
9. Refund Policy Members must commit to at least 6 months. If you cancel within the first 30 days and we cannot resolve the issue, we’ll issue a full refund; otherwise, no refunds are available.
10. Liability & Indemnification Site content and services are provided “as-is.” Cycle Breakers Club disclaims all implied warranties and limits liability to the greater of $100 or fees paid in the prior 12 months. You agree to indemnify us for any legal claims arising from your usage or content.
11. No Professional Advice Content on the Site is for informational purposes only and does not create a therapist-client relationship. Always seek professional guidance for medical or mental health concerns.
12. Testimonials & External Links Testimonials reflect individual experiences only. We do not endorse third-party sites linked from the Site and are not responsible for their content.
13. Termination We may suspend or end your access at any time. If terminated outside your fault, we’ll refund a prorated portion of your subscription.
14. Governing Law & Disputes These Terms are governed by Florida law, with disputes litigated in Pinellas County courts. You waive class-action rights and trial by jury where legally allowed.
15. Notices & Assignment Notices to Cycle Breakers Club should be sent to jennifer@therapyforcyclebreakers.com. We may assign these Terms; you may not without our consent.
16. Control & Location The Site is operated from the U.S.; foreign users must comply with local laws and are responsible for legal compliance.
