Tichelle takes a person-centered, whole-person approach, helping clients build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and make meaningful changes that fit their lives. She uses play therapy techniques such as sand tray, arts, music, and movement to help children express themselves and learn how to handle life in healthier ways.

It is completely normal, and very common, to not always know what to talk about in session. You don’t need to have the “right” topic, a clear goal or a polished story to start therapy. Your therapist can help guide the conversation and gently explore what’s coming up for you.
If you are unsure of how to start, or what to talk about, consider these topics:
What made you decide to reach out?
What is something that’s been weighing on you lately?
What are some patterns you’ve noticed (stress, anxiety, relationships, etc.)?
Explore the feelings that come with not knowing what to talk about.
