This is a 51 page workbook designed to go along with Nicole Lapera’s book- How to Do The Work for a 10 week intensive support group. Short Topics or themes of the book are given for homework (example read pages 5-10 on Disassociation) and then discussed the following week.

Examples only: Week one: understanding inner child, discussion. Homework: journaling prompt and read PG 5-10

I also use this workbook now in individuals sessions with clients and discuss themes or journaling prompts in session. I’ve also have other clinicians purchase and use for that purpose
